One Piece Strong World Part 3

Caesar told his workers to continue on with the plans, and the next scene shows people removing the Daft Greens around the village. The gorilla companion of Shiki roared, attracting all the beasts to attack the area. In his headquarters, Shiki and his subordinates (including Nami) watch as the creatures tear the village apart. However, Nami told Shiki she wasn't interested and proceeded to return to her room.

The trio (Franky, Robin, Brook) arrived at the village, riding a grasshopper bike. The found Luffy and the others, and started to dig them out. As they sat and discussed the matter at hand, they update the rest about Shiki being the master behind the destruction of East Blue, Nami being Shiki's crewmate and so on. Xiao and her family were disappointed at themselves for being so overwhelmingly happy when Shiki was going towards East Blue.

Luffy then retrieved the Tone Dial in Xiao's hand after cheering them up. As the whole crew listened to the Tone Dial, Luffy grew furious. "Shiki is a legendary pirate who you could never match up to even if you stood up to him. Even if you came after me, you'd only end up losing your lives," Nami had said. Luffy handed the Tone Dial to Usopp. He then left to release his anger, destroying a boulder while Sanji decided to replay the Tone Dial.

Dr Indigo signaled Shiki, as he always did, and to his surprise, Shiki actually understood. The next scene showed him walking outside to the Daft Greens whilst wearing a gas mask. Nami had planted dynamites around Daft Greens so the animals could attack the palace. However, in her planning to do so, Nami was infected by the Daft disease. Her body and face had green bruises all over, and she was weakened. The reason she did so was because she knew Shiki would never keep his end of his promise, which was to leave East Blue alone. Shiki held her by the neck, and levitated metal rods around them. He then threw her, as he pierced the metal rods to the snow as her support. She was left there.Shiki walked into a room full of elites, in order to commemorate the event by drinking sake together.

Luffy and crew board the Sunny and used Coup de Burst to enter Shiki's domain. They leisurely walked to the meeting room, making an epic entrance with a touch of Straw Hat because Usopp.

Shiki said that he was surprised that it was them that had arrived. Shiki then revealed the army guarding behind the paper walls, but the Straw Hats used their weapons (guns and cannon wows) to shoot them all down. (Maybe this is the first time it makes sense). Luffy then told Usopp and Chopper to find Nami whereas Luffy would, of course, beat Shiki up!

Billy then appeared in front of Nami, having electrocuted the guards with Nami. Nami then held him close, to tell him her plan. Usopp saw the bright light emitted from Billy, and went to that location with Chopper. As they jump through the Daft Greens, they were also hit by the dynamites. When they met up with Nami, they heard the bustling of creatures coming closer, and they rushed outta there.

In order to cure Nami, Usopp and Chopper needed to find the IQ plants. However, they were suddenly attacked by Shiki. BUT WAS COUNTERATTACKED BY LUFFY. The others then proceeded to go to the lab, where they encounter Dr Indigo, whereas Billy stayed to help Luffy fight. Zoro then appeared to fight Dr Indigo, having followed him (which I'm pretty shocked at because Zoro and directions HELLO). He then uses 'Demon Aura Nine-Sword Style Asura', to perfrom 'Piercing Drill' and defeated Dr Indigo. Zoro then passed them the antidote.

Sanji and Brook finally finished the battle at the meeting room. However, Sanji suddenly went up to the roof where he sees the perverted gorilla holding Robin and reaching to kiss her. He rushed to her and gave that gorilla one hell of a kick with the good ol' Diable Jamble, Venison Shot. In the course of his attack, Robin flew away, and Brook saved her, delivering the punchline. (YOU GUYS HAVE TO WATCH THIS PART IT'S HILARIOUS)

Nami woke up, after the antidote had finally taken affect. Just in time, she told them to return to the palace because a storm was coming.

Luffy and Billy continued to fight Shiki, however, they got trapped in a bubble of water from Shiki's Devil Fruit powers. He then received a call from his navigator telling him that a storm was coming and that he had to return to the palace. In turns out, he was being threatened by Usopp and Chopper to send that news. Shiki then delivered his finishing blow, sending Billy and Luffy to crash into the ground.

The storm then came closer, making the pirates flee to the sea, and Brook with the others, started to prepare the ship for sail. On the other hand, Chopper and Robin placed dynamites around the laboratory.

Luffy, using his remaining strength to get up, asked Billy to being him to the sky. Shiki, being the idiot any anime villain, was distracted by Nami and Usopp, who told him that his big plot was destroyed because they had planted dynamites everywhere. Luffy jumped off Billy after telling him to save Nami, and got Shiki's attention back.

Using his Gear Third, he expanded his leg, and crushed Shiki with 'Gigant Thor Axe'! Luffy then created cracks in the Earth, forcing Franky to use Coup de Burst immediately to save Sunny. To prevent themselves from falling, they used Shiki's giant pirate flag as a parachute. As they anxiously wait for Luffy's arrival, they heard Billy's roar and saw Luffy riding his back. They all agreed that he doesn't look cool with that look.

They islands started to fall, and the villagers were flying like free birds. Nami, satisfied and relieved, dropped. In the next scene, it showed the Marine arresting all the pirates at Shiki's meeting. The Marines reported to Sengoku that the Straw Hats defeated Shiki, and Sengoku mutters to himself, "We didn't do anything, did we?"

Nami exited her room after being confined for falling sick. Everyone was happy about her return but Luffy showed her the Tone Dial and asked her what she meant. After he told her he was disappointed that she had little faith in him after so much time together, but the rest of the crew told him that he missed out the last part and told him to hear it again. Luffy then tried to hear the last part of the message again. She took it out of his hands, saying it was embarrassing and was going to throw it out to the ocean, but Usopp stopped her, saying that the Tone Dial could be reused. The scene ends with Nami pushing the Tone Dial out of Luffy's hands as the three of them fight for it.

Billy roars victoriously/dominantly as he soars through the sky of the island. The beasts/creatures now coexist with the villagers (who flew) peacefully, and Billy was the king of the island.
