Gangsta - Episode 7 (Birth)

My gosh, guys. Guys, I think I'm in the confused zone right now.

What the thing with Worick and Nicolas, man? I mean, I can't tell anymore.

Let's cut short, shall we?

Worick and Nicolas had cruel dads. Both of them are hated by their fathers and are abused by them. Then there was once, Nicolas suggested 'kill'. The consideration for that idea wasn't so clear, whether Worick accepted the suggestion, or not. Because, he's never opposed his father, right? All those times being rejected and ignored, he simply wondered, "Why?" and well, for me, it never seemed as if he hated his father.

That's the main key, I guess.

Because Nicolas killed Worick's dad and then the whole family with the whole bloody mercenaries and maids and whoever and then and then when he wanted to kill himself, Worick just went like, "No!"

"I'm not going to let you die that easily! Not like you did my dad! You're going to go through a lot more pain before you die! You'll die after you suffer a lot more! That's an order!"

Oh my god, then the worst one as of now happened. He just accepted what Worick said and helped him to remove his left eye. OH MY GOD THE PAIN.

Next, Delico informed Worick the danger Nicolas would be considering the recent case of Twilight murders. But the thing is, Worick said it was okay if Nicolas died that way. He said it was one less thing to tie him down and that he hates Tags.

Oh gosh, and the kid who wants vengeance in him says, "Not yet. Not until the other guys are dead."

Dear, oh dear me.

If he wants Nicolas to be killed then what was all the display of affection in all previous episodes? Remember the prostitute who wanted Worick to get rid of Nicolas?

Now this is just weird.

Gosh, remember what Worick told Nicolas? Worick bought Celebrers from the doctor so that Nicolas didn't have to serve under his father. So, it's like, they both got rid of each other's dad. Get me?

Remember the Tag Hunters, a blonde and a kid from previous episode? They were revealed in this episode as Erica and Mikhail. And guess what? When Erica passed by the alley, Nicolas noticed and SMIRKED. Gosh, now I'm just wondering, all those fights and self-torture by downing those drugs. Maybe it was an attempt to punish himself. To get himself killed. I hope you get the connection I'm trying to make.

Whatever. Screw it. All that behind us.

So, during the Four Fathers meeting, it tells the audience that none of them are involved with the mass Twilight murder.

And Ally seems to be doing fine. Gosh, it was a good lightened mood when Nicolas told Ally to fix her sign language and quoted Worick's words.

Another bonus! Nicolas on big brother mode and having fun with Nina.

Gangsta - Episode 6 (Thorn)

OMG, THAT ENDING.

I AM LEFT SPEECHLESS.

WHAT IS THIS?

Monroe is unexpectedly kind. Ally's being haunted by her own hallucinations. Nic's thinking about Veronica. And the very mysterious Corsica is planning to disrupt Christiano?

Well, well, let's take things slowly.

MAIN PLOT HERE! WOOHOO!

"What Uranos wants isn't Monroe's head; it's the Christiano Family the bastard keeps."

So, when Worick interrogated the dude that hired Doug to kill Monroe, he found our Uranos Corsica is after the Christiano Family which specializes in drugs. Apparently, this will lead to an all-out war, as stated by Monroe.

Also, one of Monroe's henchmen (?) is working together with Corsica.

Remember in the previous episode, there was a case where a lot of people died and Worick used his memory power to identify the victims? There's a connection here and something Worick didn't tell themmmmmm!

All the victims were Tags.

"However things shake out, the linchpin is Monroe, the saviour of you Twilights, who has Christiano under his umbrella."

Corsica doesn't like Twilights, now that is obvious as he reasons that he doesn't mind killing a man as the said man would not need to have anything to do with Twilights under Corsica's name.

Next, we return to the clinic!

The downers Doug and Nicolas were shot with were three times the dose. According to Worick, the leagl dose was 1.5. Next, Doug has a high tolerance towards downers, and that was why Gina had shot him with four downers.

"Worick, I can tell your voice. Just yours."

We're revealed Nicolas' dream where he uses sign language with a lady, with bandages all over. From what I'm sure we all are guessing, it's probably Veronica. Because what happens next, there was a scene where someone's hand was dismembered. Can't tell whether it was hers though, probably?

Ally was given meds (by Barry, maybe?) known as TB to make women more submissive. Most users usually have momentary hallucinations which lead them to commit suicide. Worick saves Ally when she returns holding cash in her hand. Damn, it must be terrible being her right now. But hey, Worick still saved her!

Them childhood memories flooding in like drugs.

Worick treated Nicolas as an equal, and taught him how to do sign language and write. They share the common of being abused (falling down). It's really indescribable for me, really. I mean, these kind of feelings, you gotta watch it yourself and think about it. Oh gosh, Nicolas also has a different Tag when he was a kid. What about that?

Ah, but there's one more part. When the mercenaries were brought to fight against the Anti-Twilight riot, Nicolas was carrying the sign language book around. While walking back, it slipped out of his pocket and he casually walked to retrieve it, unaware of the ticking grenade.

Extras, Nicolas' history. His father was a mercenary as well, but his face is hidden by the shadow of the tree. And according to him, the hooker he slept with got pregnant and was a rogue, so if Nicolas lives to an age where he's high in demand, the father decided to cast him in Ergastulum.

New characters! Who are those two people who killed those men?

Gangsta - Episode 5 (Sanctions)

This episode starts off with more Twilight explanation.

"... Twilights are born with the residue genetic effects of the bio-enhancement, Celebrer which was used in the East-West War of Unification."

So, we're introduced to the time when Worick and Nicolas were kids, and Chad helps Nicolas fix his injury. Then while he says the Three Laws were going to be reinforced, Nicolas says it's useless. It's clear there are some people who don't believe in the Three Laws.

The Three Laws

These laws were secured by the Four Fathers to release Twilights from slavery.
  1. Do not take action against normals.
  2. Obey your master.
  3. Defend yourself.
So, back to the episode, while Nicolas fights the kid, Monroe starts to talk about this Twilight, a C/3 that tried to attack the whole family when he was 14.

Nicolas enjoys the fight, it's pretty obvious, pfft.

The kid, Doug, apparently belongs to the Paulklee Guild.

He was hired by the Corsicans who 'will never hire a Twilight'. Gang wars?

Worick tries to stop their fight before 'the woman' arrives, but she arrives before he could do anything. Gina, a large, strong, dominant and pretty old woman is the 'Sir' of the Guild. In the guild, she was looking over some paperwork and I noticed that there were tags label. The first paper had the tag A/5.

While they fight, Doug notices that he was the only one getting tired and realizes that Nicolas took an overdose. He clearly meant well because he dropped his fighting stance and went like, "What are you thinking? Don't tell you do this everytime-"

So, it comes to an end when Ginger, another Twilight from the Paulklee Guild, but it's not revealed her level.

Gina shoots both Doug and Nicolas with downers (silver liquid) to injure them.

"She's as huge as ever. I hate any woman who's taller than me."

Gina warnds Nicolas not to take anymore overdose on uppers and asks, "Do you want to end up the same way as Veronica?"

Overdosing probably affects the sense of pain, as stated by Worick and how Nicolas noted that he shouldn't have felt pain when shot by Gina.

Okay, so back to some casual matters. Worick and Nicolas both scold each other for ruining each other's clothes. The downers must have a strong effect, because Nicolas couldn't really walk and Worick had to carry both Doug and Nicolas to the doctor.

Back to Alex! She still has her nightmares of Barry, and when she sees a mysterious man outside the office, she looks, and who looks up to her? BARRY! Well, we all know it's Dr. Theo, right? The glasses and the smoke. Ah, Alex, Alex. But where did she go, right?
